Please click on the individual events to learn more and purchase tickets.  Tickets are also available at the door, if the show has not sold out.  We offer a 20% student or military discount.  Just present your student or military ID and purchase your ticket at the door or call ahead to reserve your seats.  Parking is available in our lot, the grassy lot across the street or in the paved lot directly to the West of us.  

Important!  If you have received free tickets from one of our representatives, please call 407-636-9951 to reserve your seat.  We may not be able to guarantee your seat without a reservation.


Community TicketsPlease consider purchasing additional tickets, for “community” status.  Community Tickets are given free of charge, to someone who cannot afford to attend.  Retirees, shut-ins, students, etc… are given the opportunity to attend the show thanks to your generosity.  Blue Bamboo will match every community ticket sold.  Unclaimed tickets are applied to the next event.  If you would like to donate community tickets, just purchase the additional tickets, and send an email to bluebambooartcenter@yahoo.com with the subject line “Community’  In the body, please indicate which show, and how many tickets you intended for “community status.”  If you’d like to be considered to receive community tickets, please contact Melody Cortez at MelodyCortez@live.com or call 407-636-9951.


Dan Jordan Quartet

Saxophonist/flutist Dan Jordan always puts on a spellbinding show.

Dan Jordan has been an educator and musician since 1976. He has a flexible and common sense approach to teaching and playing. He was titled as Florida All State Jazz Band Tenor one for 1976-1977. He has taught at numerous schools including Rollins College and has performed with a multitude of renowned artists such as Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Barry Manilow, The Four Tops, The Temptations and many more. He has performed on New York City Broadway, “Late Night with David Letterman,” and in countless other shows and productions.

FSYO's new Jazz Orchestra, conducted by Jeff Rupert, is a 17-20 piece ensemble that focuses on the study of big band jazz music. Students learn the theory behind jazz composition and improvisation and have the opportunity to do sectional work with some of the area's top jazz musicians. The Jazz Orchestra is comprised of students ages 13 to 20.

Bobby Koelble Band

Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts, 1905 Kentucky Ave, Winter Park

Bobby Koelble is a guitarist and teacher whose artistry ranges from straight-ahead jazz to heavy metal. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, and was a member of the foundational death metal band Death. He also released four albums as the guitarist/vocalist/composer for the eclectic rock band Junkierush.

Today, Koelble is a professor of Jazz guitar at the University of Central Florida in Orlando and Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. He is guitarist for the Dave LaRue Band, The Absinthe Trio, and is a member of the hit jazz group "The Jazz Professors," who have released two Top Twenty Billboard Jazz albums to date. He has performed with Sam Rivers, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Lou Donaldson, Chris Potter, Larry Coryell, Kenny Drew Jr. and the finest jazz musicians in Central Florida.

Brad Bietry Quartet

Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts, 1905 Kentucky Ave, Winter Park

Featuring Brad Bietry on piano; Tom Dietz on saxophone; Charlie Silva on acoustic bass; and Walt Hubbard on drums.

Brad Bietry is a touring jazz pianist/composer/producer/songwriter, currently based in Nashville, TN. Brad studied at Berklee College Music for his undergraduate degree. He studied jazz piano, composition and arranging at Denver University.

Brad toured internationally with well-known Praise & Worship leader, Ron Kenoly, as his Musical Director/Keyboardist/Arranger. In 2003, Brad won an audition to join the USAF Academy Band in Colorado Springs as the pianist for The Falconaires Jazz Ensemble performing all over the US. He has performed with Joe Walsh, New York Voices, Kevin Mahogany, James Moody, John Fedchock, Brad Leali, Mike Davis from the Rolling Stones, and many others. He has extensive recording experience with the USAF, and under his own name.

Jack Graham

Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts, 1905 Kentucky Ave, Winter Park

Guitarist Jack Graham plays Finger-style solos from the favorite parts of his life, mixed in with songs that have special meaning to him and a couple of stories.

His history is a mix of 60's and 70's teenage band experiences, Classical Guitar Study and lots of backyards and firesides. He has been performing music and acting with Living Room Theater in 150+ Central Florida Living Rooms and many times right here at the Blue Bamboo. He has also performed at Orlando Cringe, Orlando Story Club and PechaKucha, as well as some short films.

Eddie Marshall Quartet

Eddie Marshall is a saxophonist / flutist from Southern California. He moved to Florida in the mid 1970’s. Eddie is well known as a versatile multi-instrumentalist who has performed Broadway Shows, numerous orchestras for acts like Moody Blues, Kansas, Natalie Cole, Mel Torme, Smokey Robinson, Maureen McGovern, and many more.

Known for his consummate professionalism and talents, he can perform solo shows, small ensembles, Big Bands, as well as performing with Symphonic orchestras. He runs Time Out Productions, and has performed over twenty years at Disney, Universal, the Villages, Blue Bamboo, and almost every venue in existence in Central Florida. He is also a member of Wings of Sound.
